Our team has developed an industry award winning safety program with recognition and awards from the Tilt Up Concrete Association, Associated General Contractors, ABC Step Award, and others. Any job completed with Martin Concrete has the benefit of having unique, site-specific safety plan put in place with a dedicated On-Site Safety Coordinator on every project. Our safety personnel are trained to maintain the best site-specific practices throughout each project work phase. We strive to provide a well-rounded safe working environment and continuously promote safe practices through each project we complete.

Training
To maintain the highest standard of safety continuous training and development is essential for all our employees. Our Safety Operation Managers are all bilingual OSHA authorized and First Aid and CPR instructors - this allows our safety team to be fully integrated and committed to providing the best training possible for all our employees.
