A Sandbox Meeting is set up with project decision makers from both teams to confirm expectations and what success will look like. This ensures there is a clear plan and communication set up for the job to be executed at peak efficiency.
Safety Focus
Our on-site safety team is highly trained to maintain the best site safety practices for all work phases and conditions with a dedicated safety specialist on every project.
Definable Work Phase Meeting
Prior to the start of each new work phase, with contribution from the customer, our team will lead a meeting designed to promote high level efficient execution by reviewing the work plan.

Superintendents consistently monitor and oversee the job site while the Project Managers maintain communication within the customers project team.
Exit Strategy
With customer participation, our operations team meets for an Exit Strategy meeting - this meeting fosters coordination and collaboration by all parties to best set up the project to "finish strong".
Post Job Wrap-Up
After our work is finished our team analyzes and discusses the lessons learned from the project and how we can better improve the experience for our customer on the next job.
